Return and Exchange

At FCENT., every product is carefully designed, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure a premium experience.

We offer a 7-day return & exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible issues only. Eligible cases include products received in damaged condition, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered. All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and must include an unboxing video for verification. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

We do not offer cash refunds on any order, including MRP-priced products. All approved claims will be resolved only through replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or FCENT. store credit valid for 12 months.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases of change of mind, incorrect model or variant selected by the customer, or any damage caused after delivery due to use, mishandling, or accidental drop.

All returned items undergo inspection before approval. FCENT. reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the eligibility conditions or fails quality verification.
